Meet The Kaczmarek's
Steve and Eva Kaczmarek have proudly called Bridgeport home for more than 30 years. With experience ranging from 5-star restaurants to owning and operating small local businesses, their passion has always been centered around quality food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together. Inspired by family traditions, home-cooked meals, and a love for community, they created At The Weekend Bistro & Bar to be a welcoming place where great food, cold drinks, and lasting memories are shared with friends and family.
Our Journey
The Weekend Bistro & Bar opened in November 2025. Renovating the space to feel like home took some work. Eva's vision was for a place where people could relax. Somewhere that feels as comfortable as Grandma's house, but as alive as a dinner party with your favorite friends.
